Barrier™, Inc. are dedicated to bringing
a quality product to its customers. As we grow we are
continually seeking new ways to improve our product, pricing
and professionalism. One of the ways that we gain this
insight is through the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
In early 1996 we asked a respected
research and analysis firm to do a survey of customers
and contractors with whom we had done business in |

the previous 16 months. In excess of one
thousand installations were identified and from that contact
group a stratified random sample approach was used to increase
the accuracy of the findings. A confidence level of 95% was
obtained with a confidence interval of +/- 2%.
Here are some highlights from the Customer
Satisfaction Survey that we feel characterize the entire report:

respondents felt that the salespeople were
thorough, trustworthy, polite, knowledgeable
and easy to understand. |

95% rated the sales person as excellent
or very good.

Building Contractor Comments
In addition to the Customer Satisfaction
Survey, building contractors who had used Pool Barrier™
as a sub-contractor were contacted. They were asked
their opinions of the company, the product, and the
